Life's Challenges

I know it sounds a little strange to be grateful for Life's Challenges, otherwise known as trials, but I really am. When I think back on some of the most difficult, and heart wrenching times in my life, I can see how I was strengthened by the Lord, and how my faith grew in Him. They humbled me, so I could be teachable, and I don't think I would have learned the things I needed to really understand without them. So, when life gets hard, I remember that even though you feel as though you are stuck in the Valley of Shadows, there is always Heaven's light to help you see what you're facing through to the end.
