Day 2 - 10-13-08

We went to Boston and we followed the Red Brick Freedom Trail.  Walked all the way from Boston Common, across the Charles River to the USS Constitution and Bunker Hill and all the way back.
The first stop on the Trail, we were there on Columbus Day, so this building was not open.

Samuel Adams' Grave.  John Hancock and Paul Revere are also buried here.
The Old South Meeting House where the Boston Tea Party was organized.
Paul Revere's Home

USS Constitution
Bunker Hill
This was not on the walking tour, this is Dorchester Heights where they aimed the cannons toward Boston so the English would leave, and they did.

It was an amazing day for a couple of history buffs.  One place we stopped was the Copps Cemetery.  There was an Abraham Millett buried there, not actually sure if he is related, but he seemed to fit in  with the theme of our trip.
