Dear family!
So this week passed by pretty quick! We're finding a bunch of people to teach and a few families. We're trying to get a marriage together here. They probably won't be baptized until January, but all good, at least they're progressing. We had two baptisms last Sunday. they're two 13 year old boys, one named Anderson, and the other Elder. His name really is Elder, which is great because everyone in the ward already knows him. We've marked to baptize his two brothers this Sunday, and we'll probably baptize another boy named Mateus this Sunday too. Things are going pretty well here, we do a bunch of contacts to keep busy. That's cool that they sent a letter about being District Leader. It's cool, it's a good experience. I do the baptismal interviews, lead the district meetings, and pass the stats on Sunday night. It's starting to rain a bunch now here in Manaus, so things are cooling down a lot more. I'm actually getting a little cold here at night, something that hasn't happened for a while. Good to hear that it's cooling down there too. I did get the package from the ward. Tell them i said thanks and give them a great a big hug for me! So we'll call Friday from the church 1:30 Brazilian time here, so i'm not sure what that is there. but i'll call from a pay phone or something and give the number before.
when i went paintballing i did both, with the slingshot and with the gun. the gun is pretty cool because you don't have to reload after every shot. It's pretty fun, it gets your heart pumping. That's cool that you guys bought surround sound. It must be even cooler to play rockband with the music coming from every side.
Have a great week you guys. Love you all.
