"I'm good here..."

Sounds like everyone is doing good there. i'm good here, we're going to have transfers this week so i'll find out this Saturday if i'm staying or leaving. We found a bunch of good people to teach, so we're aiming for 4 baptisms this Saturday, which would be cool because we'll have a big baptism meeting with the other elders in my district. One is really excited to be baptized this Saturday and is telling everyone. He played soccer with us this morning and is 15 years old. another should have about 15 as well. We met him at church and he's kind of a gangstery kind of kid, but he's actually alot more ready than most the people that we've run into because he's already obeying alot of commandments that are difficult for many people, such as the word of wisdom. And two more are a 12 year old boy and his little 9 year old sister. They were visiting a bunch in another city, moved to here and really want to be baptized. We're working on getting the parents married right now, but there's a bunch of little complications that for now are getting in the way. hmm.. i'm not sure when i'll be returning there in September or October, but i can ask this Tuesday at the transfer meeting. The days are passing pretty quick, i'm surprised that i almost have 3 months in this area. And it's weird to see that Elder Silveira is leaving now, when i was companions with him when he had only a year in the mission. I had a pretty cool experience yesterday with a really good guy. So, we met a boy in the street with his friends, he went and played soccer at the church and we wanted us to come over and teach him and his family. So we showed up and his mom's like "we're all evangelists.." which is basically to say "we're attending another church so we don't need your message." (and no, they're not evangelists, because EVANGELISTS are PATRIARCHS) so we were about to leave and the dad comes out and is really friendly, calm, and says "i'm sorry, do people reject you like this in the street? We shouldn't reject a message from God.." he said he's a type of bishop or pastor here... So we taught him, and he seemed a little interested, but had his doubts about The Father and The Son being two separate beings (1st vision). so in the end we just invited him to read the pamphlet, pray about it, and visit the church when God shows it's true. We were coming home last night, and the same boy stopped us in the street and told how his dad read the pamphlet, prayed and had an answer that it's true and is going to visit the church this Sunday. So i'm excited to see how it goes, if he'll go to church this sunday and start preparing for baptism (because he also accepted the invite to prepare for baptism when God showed that that the message is true). This is just one more time that we see proof of the love and personal guidance from our Heavenly Father.. but whether we accept it or ignore it, it's up to us right?
